Somana Partners provides strategic guidance on direct sourcing from leading, certified producers in Malaysia. Our work spans both consumer-facing downstream products and industrial palm oil derivatives, supplied primarily via containerised shipments.
On the consumer side, we support sourcing of edible oils and speciality fats in retail and foodservice formats. In parallel, we advise on the procurement of oleochemicals and related industrial derivatives used across manufacturing, personal care, and chemical applications.
We work alongside clients including FMCG groups, refiners, foodservice operators, traders, and institutional buyers to structure transparent and compliant supply arrangements aligned to their commercial and operational requirements.
Where scale and infrastructure support it, we also facilitate bulk procurement for volumes in excess of 5,000 MT, enabling direct engagement with integrated producers at origin.
Our role is advisory and strategic, helping clients engage at source with clarity, confidence, and control, rather than through opaque intermediary models.
