He began his career at PwC in Australia before moving to Ireland, where he advised global financial institutions at Andersen/KPMG. In London, he founded a boutique investment advisory firm, focused on leveraged currency trading, and later played a pivotal role in establishing a Single Family Office managing over $200 million on behalf of a prominent Middle Eastern family. Among other strategies, the office focused on hedging commodity exposure.
Kemp is an accomplished and visionary business leader with over three decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning energy, construction, information technology, telecommunications, aviation, and corporate advisory. His leadership and strategic foresight have shaped ventures across both established and emerging sectors.
Currently, Kemp serves as a Chairman across multiple companies in both domestic and international markets. His business interests include commodities trading—focusing on oil & gas, mining, and agri-based exports—as well as fintech, digital innovation, healthcare, real estate investment, and stakeholder management.
With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Craig brings deep expertise in cross-border deal structuring, with a particular focus on emerging markets.
He began his career in his native Wales before relocating to Dubai, where he held advisory roles at leading financial institutions, including Barclays. He later joined RBC Wealth Management in London in a senior capacity, advising ultra-high-net-worth international clients.
In 2012, Craig co-founded a boutique investment and advisory firm in Malaysia and Singapore, advising government-linked entities and Global 2000 companies on cross-border investment and market entry. He worked closely with one of the world’s largest palm oil producers, supporting corporate structuring, foreign expansion, and downstream integration strategies.
